Quick delivery Using as a simple music streamer (volumio) to feed external DAC. Works great!

I wasn't sure that a Large Language AI model (LLM) could run at a reasonable speed on a Raspberry Pi but the 16GB Pi 5 does a great job. BUT - it is essential to have the official 27W USB-C power supply because when the AI starts thinking the unit tops out at over 25.5W. I imagine the cooling kit is essential too - I haven't tried running without because the fan starts spinning as soon as the model starts working. Brilliant recommendation of all the right components from Little Bird.

Cool little device. Served its purpose

Ordered my first RPI from Pi Australia and it was delivered quickly and it’sgreat. I have been using it for my home assistant project and worked right out of the box.

The R Pi 5 is great, so much faster than my old 3 running Python apps and Tkinter gui. Kevin from support was very helpful in fixing some ordering issues, thanks Kev.

Using these units to build some Batocera retro game consoles as future birthday and Xmas gifts for family and friends. The RPi5 is a powerhouse for the money and sips very little energy in the process. The 2GB unit is more than sufficient to emulate every arcade and home game console right up to the mid-90's. Couple it with a nice case and you've got a machine that is portable and easy to use. In my case I'm putting inside a two-player arcade joystick housing.
