Low-profile Heatsink for Raspberry Pi 5
If your Raspberry Pi 5 project has to fit into a tight spot, or you just aren't into the huge tower cooler thing, this ultra low-profile heatsink might be just what you need to aid your running temperatures.
Sitting close to the board and leaving plenty of room for HATs*, this compact heatsink helps to draw heat away from your Raspberry Pi 5, supported by the included 3x thermal pads for the CPU, RAM and PMIC to focus cooling on these critical components.
The heatsink is attached via spring-loaded clips which push into the Raspberry Pi 5 cooler mounting holes.
Whilst it won't offer the same cooling performance of an active cooling solution (with fans), we like the flexibility this heatsink offers when building compact custom enclosures where a fan might be placed elsewhere in the setup.
Raspberry Pi 5 not included
*HATs come in lots of different shapes, sizes and mounting methods, so it's very difficult to make a blanket statement saying this will work with all of them, however this is the most compact heatsink we offer for the Pi 5, so it's the best bet if size and HAT mounting is important to you.
