Congratulations to the team at Little Bird Electronics. They have been brilliant, pleasant to deal with and follow up on ALL issues you may have until your problem is sorted. I had a faulty keyboard and mouse initially, but they simply supplied a replacement without question (and used priority post) to get the problem resolved quickly and efficiently. Well Done! A company that still regards Customer Service as their utmost priority
