A compact 3.7 V lithium-ion polymer (LiPo) battery with approximately 100 mAh capacity (0.4 Wh). Thin, lightweight, and powerful, this cell is suited for small wearable projects, IoT devices, and compact electronics where space is limited.
The battery comes pre-wired with a genuine 2-pin JST-PH connector for reliable, smooth plug-in connections. Built-in protection circuitry guards against overcharging (above 4.2 V), over-discharge (cuts off at 3.0 V), and output short circuits.
Key Features
- 3.7 V Nominal Voltage – Output ranges from 4.2 V (fully charged) to 3.0 V (cut-off)
- ~100 mAh Capacity – Approximately 0.4 Wh total energy
- Genuine JST-PH Connector – 2-pin connector with smooth, reliable fit
- Built-In Protection – Overcharge, over-discharge, and short-circuit protection
- Compact and Lightweight – Ideal for space-constrained projects

Jargon buster
Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.
- IoT
- Short for Internet of Things, meaning physical devices that connect to networks or the internet to send data or be controlled remotely. It matters if you want projects such as connected sensors, remote controls or classroom data-logging activities.
- LiPo
- A lithium polymer rechargeable battery commonly used in portable electronics projects. It matters because LiPo batteries need correct charging circuitry and care, and this board includes hardware intended for that battery type.
- microcontroller
- A microcontroller is a small computer on a chip that runs your program and controls connected inputs and outputs. For this product, it is the part that reads buttons and sensors, drives the display and speaker, and communicates over Bluetooth.
- pH
- A measure of how acidic or alkaline a liquid is, on a scale where 7 is neutral. For a water monitoring kit, pH tells you about water chemistry and whether the included probe matches the range and accuracy your project needs.
