Speedy Despatch - Shame it's delivered by Australia Post
Ordered a couple of things from Little Bird. First of all the service from Little Bird was excellent. Placed order on a Thursday and it was due to be delivered the following morning. Unfortunately deliveries are made through Australia Post and they NEVER make an attempt to deliver to the premise. In fact I'm pretty sure they don't even drive down the street as they don't drop a card in the letterbox anymore saying they attempted delivery. They always say they've attempted delivery at a specific time via SMS but in this case I was working by the gate to my property when they "attempted" delivery and of course there was no attempt which means an inconvenient trip to the post office late in the day. I really like buying from Little Bird but I tend to avoid using their store because of Australia Post.
