RCAs are some of our favorite plugs. Easy to use and easy to handle, and still very popular on stereo equipment due to their universal nature. This dual/stereo RCA jack set is the right kind to solder right into our I2S Audio Bonnet for Raspberry Pi - perfect for those who want composite output rather than a 3.5mm stereo jack.
That said, you don't have to use it with that bonnet, it could be designed into your next PCB if you like. It is not breadboard friendly but you can solder wires to the 4 contacts and then panel mount this with the built in mounting-tab.
