This compact 2V 0.3W mini solar panel from Voltaic Systems uses four high-efficiency monocrystalline SunPower cells with 22%+ efficiency. Constructed with ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene), it's extremely durable, waterproof, scratch-resistant, and UV-resistant — a significant upgrade over PET or laminate panel construction.
The panel outputs a nominal 2 V at 150 mA peak via two solderable pads on the back. Each of the four cells provides 0.5 V, wired in series. For higher voltage requirements, connect three panels in series for a nominal 6 V output.
