If you need a formal quote for your school, university, or business, the Little Bird Electronics team is happy to help. We regularly work with purchasing departments and understand the requirements for approved supplier documentation.
How to Request a Quote
Send your quote request to the team via email or phone. To help us get your quote back quickly, please include the following details:
- The products you need, including product names or SKUs
- Quantities for each item
- Your school or business name
- A contact name and email address
- Any special requirements, such as delivery deadlines or purchase order references
Generate a Quote Yourself (Self-Serve)
If you need a quote straight away, you can generate one yourself without waiting:
- Browse the store and add the items you need to your cart.
- Open your cart and review the products and quantities.
- Click the Get a Quote button.
- A PDF quote is generated instantly with itemised pricing and current availability.
The PDF includes product details, unit prices, quantities, and totals — everything a purchasing department typically needs to approve an order. You can download it, email it, or print it out.
All self-serve quotes are automatically saved to your account under the Quotes section of your dashboard, where you can view, download, or convert a quote directly into an order when you are ready to purchase.
Turnaround Time
Self-serve quotes are instant. Emailed or phoned requests are typically provided within 1 business day. For larger or more complex requests, it may take a little longer, but we will keep you informed along the way.
What Happens Next
Once you receive your quote, you can share it with your purchasing department or approving authority. When you are ready to proceed, simply reply to the quote email or place your order online using the quoted pricing. If you need any changes to the quote, just let us know and we will update it for you.
