Built around the SGTL5000 stereo codec with integrated headphone amplifier, it supports simultaneous recording and playback for synthesisers, effects processing, audio mixing, and CD-quality sound.
The board leverages the Cortex-M4 DSP instructions from the Teensy to power real-time FFT analysis. A comprehensive audio library with a graphical design tool makes it straightforward to build complex audio signal chains — mixing multiple streams, applying effects, and generating synth waveforms.
