Solid-State Laser Radar for Robotics (160x60 resolution, FOV 108°x40°)
Discontinued
The MMPT044-940 is a pure solid-state LiDAR sensor that uses metasurface lens technology and continuous-wave Time-of-Flight (cwToF) ranging to produce depth maps and infrared greyscale images. With no moving parts, it offers long service life and high reliability compared to mechanical scanning LiDARs.
Featuring a 160×60 resolution across a wide 108° × 40° field of view, the sensor measures distances up to 4.5 metres and resists ambient light up to 60 Klux — suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments. Communication is via UART or USB 2.0.
