The ESP-PROG is Espressif's official development and debugging tool for ESP32 and ESP8266 platforms. Connects to a PC via a single USB cable and provides automatic firmware downloading, serial communication, and JTAG online debugging.
Both interfaces can supply 5 V or 3.3 V power through pin headers, ensuring compatibility with boards running at different voltages.
