The AD-013 Capacitive Fingerprint Scanner from ADH-Tech combines a fingerprint sensor and MCU in a single module with a simple UART interface. It reads fingerprint images at 508 dpi resolution using a capacitive pixel array, processing ridge and valley data through an on-board A/D converter and digital processor.

The built-in MCU handles fingerprint enrolment, matching, and template storage via serial commands — no external processing required. With recognition in under 0.6 seconds and capacity for up to 40 templates, it's ready for access control and authentication projects. Includes a 6-pin interface cable for easy hookup.
