Adafruit I2S Audio Bonnet for Raspberry Pi - UDA1334A
Discontinued
The Adafruit I2S Audio Bonnet adds high-quality stereo line-level audio output to any Raspberry Pi with a 2×20 GPIO header. Built around the UDA1334A I2S stereo DAC, it converts digital I2S audio to clean analogue output — free from the static and noise typical of the Pi's onboard headphone jack.
Sized to match the Raspberry Pi Zero, this bonnet is compatible with all Pi models including A+, B+, Zero, Pi 2, Pi 3, and later. Tested with Raspbian and RetroPie, setup is as simple as plugging it in, running the installer script, and rebooting.
