9 Degrees of Freedom - Razor IMU
Discontinued
The 9DOF Razor IMU combines a triple-axis gyroscope (ITG-3200), triple-axis accelerometer (ADXL345), and triple-axis magnetometer (HMC5883) on a single board with an onboard ATmega328 processor. Sensor data is processed on-board and output over a serial interface, making it suitable for attitude and heading reference systems (AHRS) in UAVs, autonomous vehicles, and image stabilisation.
The board comes pre-loaded with the 8MHz Arduino bootloader and test firmware. Connect via a 3.3V FTDI adapter at 57600bps to access the built-in sensor test menu. Program custom firmware using the Arduino IDE with the "Arduino Pro or Pro Mini (3.3V, 8MHz) w/ATmega328" board selection.
