5 eTape Liquid Level Sensor with Plastic Casing

The 5″ eTape Liquid Level Sensor with Plastic Casing is a solid-state resistive sensor that measures fluid level without mechanical floats or moving parts. This enclosed version features a hard plastic jacket that protects the sensor from physical damage, making it more durable than the bare sensor variant.
As the liquid level rises, hydrostatic pressure compresses the sensor's envelope, decreasing its resistance proportionally. The built-in resistive divider provides an analogue output — simply connect the red wire to 3V or 5V power, black to ground, and read the level on the white wire using any microcontroller ADC pin.
