Raspberry pi 4 not connecting to internet

I am writing in regard to my rasbian edge (pi 4) setup which is not getting connected to a wired dongle (SIM7600G-H) with Telstra sim (4G/5G).
I am able to read the network IP address and the application tells me that it is connected to a wired network, however, I am still not able to connect to any website.

I would urgently require support/suggestions to help me fix this issue.
