Low power warning

Hello,
I purchased an 8gb Raspberry Pi package in late December 2022. In the last 14 days the Raspberry Pi is displaying a "low power" warning. The warning is not constant but appears intermittently throughout the day. I have checked all plugs, cleaned them & reinserted them but the warning still appears.
Is this the sign of a weak power supply or something else?

Hello,
I am currently reading information about the video core voltage as shown at https://www.raspberrypi.com/documentation/computers/os.html#vcgencmd and it also confirms that there is a low power warning on my Raspberry Pi. When you are able, I am still interested in help regarding this issue please?

FYI..
In addition I have run "vcgencmd measure_volts core" with result = 0.9160v. On looking online, if what I have found is correct, a voltage for an idle CPU of between 0.8 to 1.4volts can be expected under normal circumstances. As the "Low power" warning has been showing intermittently & it was not showing at the time I performed "vcgencmd measure_volts core", I have only established that the voltage appears normal when I checked at this time.
