2 Player DIY Arcade Joystick Kit daisy chained cables???

So I recently received this kit, and in the set-up guide on the website it mentions that some daisy chained cables are used to link up the LED's on the buttons. I never received these daisy chained cables with my order, just standard single connector spade cables. Were these meant to be included in the kit, or do I need to purchase them separately?
