TIMI to Pi Adapter

The TIMI to Pi Adapter connects to the Raspberry Pi's 40-pin GPIO header and breaks out selected pins for the BBM MatesBUS interface. It provides a 3.3 V asynchronous serial UART link between the Raspberry Pi and connected MatesBUS devices such as the TIMI-96 display module.
A selector switch on the back (accessible from the side) toggles between Pi communication mode and device programming mode. In programming mode, the Raspberry Pi's TX signal is interrupted so you can programme the connected device via the 5-pin programming header using a BBM Programmer — without disconnecting the adapter from the Pi.
