## Description

The SparkFun Qwiic Mini ToF Imager is a 64-pixel Time-of-Flight ranging sensor built around the STMicroelectronics VL53L5CX. It provides multizone distance measurements up to 4000 mm across a 4×4 or 8×8 grid with a 63° diagonal field of view. The compact Mini version measures just 12.7 × 25.4 mm (0.5&quot; × 1&quot;) with vertical Qwiic connectors on the back for clean mounting. The VL53L5CX integrates a SPAD array, infrared filters, and diffractive optical elements (DOE) for reliable ranging across varied ambient lighting conditions. ST&#39;s patented histogram algorithms enable multi-object detection within the field of view and immunity to cover glass crosstalk beyond 60 cm.
