{"title":"PicoBuck LED Driver","handle":"picobuck-led-driver","url":"/products/picobuck-led-driver","description":"The PicoBuck is a three-channel constant-current LED driver based on the AL8805. Each channel drives LEDs at 330 mA by default, with a solderable jumper to increase the maximum to 660 mA per channel. Dimming is controlled via PWM or analogue voltage signals from a microcontroller.\n\nThe board supports input voltages up to 36 V (the full rating of the AL8805) and provides three independent signal inputs for individual or simultaneous channel dimming. Two snap-off mounting holes for 4-40 or M3 screws allow flexible installation.\n\nKey Features\n\n\n3-Channel Constant Current – Independent control of three LED channels\n\n330 mA Default – Jumper-selectable increase to 660 mA per channel\n\nPWM Dimming – 0–100% range (min <0.4 V, max >2.4 V)\n\nAnalogue Dimming – 20–100% range (0.5–2.5 V)\n\nWide Input Voltage – Up to 36 V DC\n\nSnap-Off Mounting Tabs – 4-40 or M3 screw holes, removable for compact installation\n\n\nSpecifications\n\n\nDriver IC – AL8805W5\n\nDefault Current – 330 mA per channel\n\nMax Current – 660 mA per channel (with jumper)\n\nInput Voltage – Up to 36 V DC\n\nChannels – 3\n\n\n\nNote: If using screw terminals, this board requires two different sizes — check related products for compatible terminals.\n\n\nResources\n\nHookup Guide\nSchematic (PDF)\nAL8805 Datasheet (PDF)\nGitHub\n","vendor":"SparkFun","product_type":"physical","in_stock":true,"options":[],"variants":[{"id":11472,"title":"Default Title","sku":"SF-COM-13705","price":34.37,"on_sale":false,"in_stock":true,"available_quantity":526,"option1":"Default Title"}]}
