A 40mAh single-cell LiPo battery is soldered to the board, helping provide cleaner battery-powered measurements and avoiding a current path back to mains-powered equipment.Charging is handled through the USB Type-C connector with a dedicated LiPo charge circuit, and the board includes status LEDs for CHG, FULL and VIN.
