##Introduction The soil electrical conductivity (EC) and pH sensor operate within a wide voltage range of 5-30V, transmit data via RS485 using the MODBUS-RTU protocol, and deliver quick, reliable responses with minimal interference from environmental factors. The sensor is designed for easy integration with Arduino systems and is well-suited for hydroponic systems, saline and alkaline soil management, and drip irrigation systems. The soil sensor boasts an IP68 protection level, vacuum-filled and sealed with black flame-retardant epoxy resin. The probe, crafted from 316 stainless steel, offers rust-proof, waterproof, anti-corrosion, salt-alkali corrosion resistance, and long-term electrolysis resistance properties. Its performance is influenced by the soil salt content. Compact in size, it can be buried in the soil for extended periods and is compatible with various soil types.
