## Description

This miniature 8×8 LED matrix packs 64 bright white LEDs into a compact 0.8″ (20 mm) square package. The 16 pins (8 per side) are on standard 0.1″ spacing, so the module plugs directly into a breadboard with room to spare for wiring. The matrix requires 1:8 multiplex driving — either use shift registers (such as a 74HC595 for anodes and a TPIC6B595 for cathodes) or a dedicated LED driver like the MAX7219 which handles all the multiplexing internally.
