## Description

This 50mm MagnetoPot provides potentiometric position feedback without needing a traditional external wiper or actuator. An outside magnet guides the built-in magnetic element, allowing the sensor to report position through a linear potentiometer output.The sealed membrane-style construction makes it useful where contactless sensing is preferred, such as tracking the travel of a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder. Unlike a reed switch that only reports open or closed, the MagnetoPot can indicate position across its travel.For liquid level applications, it can be mounted on the outside of a tank and used with a magnet inside a float, keeping the sensing element outside the liquid.
