The RFM95CW is an ultra-low-power LoRa transceiver module covering 137–1020 MHz. It delivers sensitivity down to -148 dBm, making it well suited for long-range wireless communication in IoT, remote sensing, and telemetry applications. With a 1.8–3.7V operating range and sleep currents as low as 160 nA, the RFM95CW is designed for battery-powered projects where power efficiency is critical. Communication is handled over a standard 4-wire SPI interface.
