An IP68-rated ultrasonic obstacle avoidance sensor specifically designed for underwater applications. With a measurement range of 2–300cm and UART output, this compact sensor enables underwater vehicles and robots to detect obstacles without relying on cameras. Operating on a wide 5–24V voltage range with ultra-low power consumption, the sensor features a narrow 5–10° beam angle and minimal blind spots. It can operate at depths up to 10 metres, making it suitable for autonomous underwater navigation and depth measurement.
