This HD 7-inch Touch Screen Display is an affordable way to add video output to your Raspberry Pi.  The display has a resolution of 1024 x 600, and supports the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B(and other hardware such as the Banana Pi and Orange Pi, Beaglebone Black etc).
