## Description

The Gravity Analogue Grayscale Sensor measures reflected light intensity, outputting an analogue value that ranges from black (low) to white (high). It uses a photocell paired with an integrated white LED to illuminate the surface being measured, making it effective for detecting surface brightness and colour differences. Common applications include line-following robots, automatic lighting systems that respond to ambient light levels, and simple optical data transmission. The Gravity interface makes it easy to connect to Arduino and compatible boards without soldering.
