It is suited to surveying, handheld and portable GNSS work, as well as fixed antenna installations.Inside, the antenna includes a built-in 130mm ground plane, filtering and amplification for both L1 and L2 frequencies. Its design uses six hybrid couplers for signal phasing, helping make the antenna less sensitive to manufacturing variations such as inconsistent board dielectric.This antenna is designed for modern dual-band GNSS receivers, but can also be used with any GPS/GNSS receiver that can benefit from L1/L2 reception. Check that your receiver supports the L1 and L2 signals output by this antenna.The TOP106 has a female TNC connector commonly found on surveying antennas and uses a standard 5/8"-11TPI surveying equipment thread.
