A USB charging and data cable with a built-in electroluminescent (EL) wire that creates a flowing light effect along the cable. The cable works as a standard 2.5-foot USB cable for data transfer and charging, with the added visual flair of an animated aqua glow.
As current draw increases, the flowing effect speeds up — making it a surprisingly handy way to roughly gauge USB current draw at a glance. The EL inverter is built into the USB plug.
