The ESP32-S2-WROVER is a Wi-Fi module from Espressif built around the ESP32-S2 SoC — a single-core 240 MHz Xtensa LX7 processor with native USB support, 4 MB flash, and 2 MB PSRAM. It provides 2.4 GHz 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi connectivity in a compact castellated module form factor. The ESP32-S2 introduces native USB (both device and host), hardware-based security features, and Time-of-Flight (ToF) distance measurement support. It's well suited for IoT, wearable electronics, and smart home applications where Wi-Fi connectivity and USB interfacing are needed.
