## Description

These 5mm diffused RGB LEDs feature a built-in controller chip that automatically cycles through colours in a fast flashing pattern — no microcontroller or programming required. With just two leads (power and ground), they're as simple to use as a standard LED. The diffused lens provides an even colour spread visible from any angle, with an estimated brightness of around 1,000 mcd. They can run at their rated 3.4V forward voltage or be driven directly from a CR2032 coin cell at slightly reduced brightness. Looking for a gentler effect? Check out the Slow Fade version.
