## Description

The Arduino GSM Shield allows an Arduino board to connect to the internet, make and receive voice calls, and send and receive SMS messages. It uses the Quectel M10 radio modem and can be controlled via AT commands or the built-in Arduino GSM library. The shield communicates with the Arduino via software serial on digital pins 2 (M10 TX) and 3 (M10 RX), with the modem's PWRKEY connected to pin 7. A SIM card from a network operator is required to connect to the cellular network. The board uses the 1.0 pinout compatible with the Arduino Uno Rev 3.
