The Arduino CAN BUS Shield V2 brings Controller Area Network (CAN bus) communication to your Arduino. Built around the MCP2515 CAN controller, it supports both standard and extended frames for transmitting and receiving data over the CAN bus — the same protocol used in automotive, industrial, and automation systems. The shield is compatible with Arduino Uno, Leonardo, and Mega boards. It features both a DB9 connector and CAN-BUS connector for flexible host device connection, plus an integrated micro-SD card slot for data logging applications.
