## Description

The Adafruit TSMP96000 "Code Learning" Infrared IR Receiver Breakout detects IR signals across a wide frequency range of 20–60 KHz, making it perfect for "code learning" applications where you need your device to work with any IR remote control — even when you don't know the carrier frequency. Unlike standard 38 KHz IR receivers that output a demodulated signal, this breakout delivers the modulated IR signal with the carrier intact, allowing your microcontroller to analyse both the data and the carrier frequency. A green power LED and red signal LED provide instant visual feedback during operation.
