## Description

The Adafruit TDK InvenSense ICM-20948 is a compact 9-DoF Inertial Measurement Unit that packs a 3-axis accelerometer, 3-axis gyroscope, and 3-axis magnetometer into a single breakout board. It pairs InvenSense's MEMS accelerometer and gyro with the AK09916 magnetometer from Asahi Kasei Microdevices, giving you everything you need to sense orientation in one package. Designed as TDK's upgrade for the popular (and now discontinued) MPU-9250, this breakout features a 1.8V voltage regulator and level shifting circuitry for compatibility with both 3.3V and 5V microcontrollers. STEMMA QT / Qwiic connectors on both sides enable solderless connections and easy daisy-chaining with other I2C devices.
