## Description

The Adafruit SCD-30 is a true NDIR (Non-Dispersive Infrared) CO2 sensor that directly measures carbon dioxide concentration in ambient air, rather than estimating it from volatile organic compounds. With an integrated SHT31 temperature and humidity sensor, it provides comprehensive environmental data from a single module. Data is read over I2C, making it compatible with virtually any microcontroller or single-board computer. Arduino and CircuitPython libraries are available for quick setup. The built-in voltage regulator and level shifting allow use with both 3.3 V and 5 V systems.
