## Description

The Adafruit Push-button Power Switch Breakout lets you toggle DC power on and off with a simple button press. A latching analogue circuit uses a 3A P-FET to connect or disconnect the input to the output — press once to turn on, press again to turn off. It works with 3–14V DC at up to 3A, with only 0.5 µA quiescent current when off. A KILL pin allows your project to programmatically turn itself off — apply 1V or more to instantly disconnect the FET and keep power off even if the button is pressed. An on-board red LED indicates when the output is active.
