## Description

An 8-channel bidirectional logic level converter breakout based on the TXB0108 chip. This converter automatically detects signal direction, eliminating the need for direction control pins. It shifts between virtually any two voltage levels, making it ideal for connecting 3.3V and 5V devices. The breakout includes 0.1uF decoupling capacitors on both voltage sides and a 10K pull-up resistor on the output enable pin, so it works straight out of the box on a breadboard. If using pull-ups, they must be at least 50K ohm (internal AVR/Arduino ~100K pull-ups are fine). The outputs are not strong enough to drive LEDs or long cables — this is designed to sit between two logic chips on a breadboard.
