This 5-metre length of EL wire (electroluminescent wire) glows a vibrant purple when powered by the included battery-operated inverter. EL wire is a flexible, phosphor-coated wire that produces a cool, even glow similar to neon tubing — but remains cold to the touch and can be bent, shaped, and wrapped around almost anything. Perfect for costumes, cosplay, car interiors, computer cases, and decorative lighting, EL wire creates eye-catching effects with minimal effort. The included inverter runs on two AA batteries and connects to the wire via a JST-SH connector.
