The 50:1 Micro Metal Gearmotor HPCB 12V is a compact brushed DC gearmotor from Pololu's popular micro metal gearmotor family. This high-power carbon brush (HPCB) variant operates at 12V and draws half the current of its 6V equivalent for the same performance, making it better suited to 12V systems and battery configurations. The carbon brush design provides significantly longer motor life compared to precious metal brush versions, making it suitable for projects that require extended or continuous operation. The 50:1 gear ratio provides a good balance of speed (650 RPM) and torque (0.67 kg·cm stall) for small robot drives and mechanisms.
