This 2×20 female socket riser header features slightly longer-than-standard pins, adding extra height between your Raspberry Pi and any HAT, Bonnet, or pHAT mounted on top. This additional clearance helps boards clear taller components on the Pi or fit more neatly into cases. The header body is a standard 8.5 mm with 6 mm tall pins that plug securely into the Pi's GPIO header.
