It is normally closed — fluid is blocked until 12V is applied to the fast-on spade connectors on the solenoid coil. Connect it to a pressurised water source such as a garden hose or mains supply for automated irrigation, filling, or fluid control projects.\n\nThis valve requires water pressure to open fully — it is not suitable for gravity-fed systems.
