## Requesting a Return

If you need to return a product, you can submit a return request directly from your Little Bird account. The process is straightforward and only takes a couple of minutes.

### How to submit a return request

1. Log in to your Little Bird account and navigate to the **Returns** section.
2. Click **"New Return"** to start your request.
3. Select the order that contains the item or items you'd like to return.
4. Choose the specific items from that order and indicate the quantity for each.
5. Provide a reason for the return. The more detail you can give, the faster we can process your request.
6. Submit your request.

### What happens next

Once you've submitted your return request, our team will review it and get back to you within **1-2 business days** with further instructions. This will typically include details on how and where to send the item back.

### Tracking your return
